Our ethos, written by our staff
MCPA is a learning family where everyone is welcomed, valued and respected. There is an enthusiasm for learning, providing a safe, creative and inclusive learning environment where the children are at the heart of everything.
We embrace the diverse needs of all our children by building relationships with them and the wider community based on empathy, communication, understanding and respect.
